INTERVIEW: Andy Swan

This Toronto musician has been a slept-on local talent for some time now. His latest perfectly understated album, Ottawa, may not change that fact, but by all rights it should. We talk with Swan about the making of this beautifully-honed record and his relationship with our nation's capital.
