COVID-19 Ticket Refund Details
Thursday, June 11, 2020 at 03:09PM Tickets for COVID-19 affected shows are classified into three categories.
Cancelled shows will not be rescheduled. If you bought your tickets from us, we will provide a refund.
Postponed shows are being rescheduled but the date is to be determined (TBD). It is recommended you hold onto your tickets (especially for SOLD OUT shows) as they will be honoured at the rescheduled show. Please be patient as it is a complex matter to reschedule thousands of shows and there is still uncertainty as to when shows will resume. If you absolutely do not plan to go to the rescheduled show and you bought your tickets from us, we will provide a refund.
Rescheduled shows are ones where the new date is confirmed. It is recommended you hold onto your tickets (especially for SOLD OUT shows) as they will be honoured at the rescheduled show. However, if the new date or venue isn't to your satisfaction and you bought your tickets from us, we will provide a refund. Refunds for tickets to Rescheduled MRG Live shows are available for 60 days after the rescheduled date has been announced.
Please note, tickets for Embrace Presents shows (at the bottom of list below) are treated differently as follows:
Tickets to Cancelled shows are refundable.
Tickets to Postponed shows are not refundable until the show has been Rescheduled.
Tickets to Rescheduled shows are refundable 30 days from date Rescheduled show is announced. Thus, many Embrace Presents Reschduled shows are no longer refundable, if you still need a refund please contact us and we will provide you with Embrace's contact information and they will address your request.
