The service charge per ticket is approximately 10% of the face value of the ticket (which may include other fees such as facility fees) up to a maximum of $4. HST of 13% is included in the service charge.

If a show is cancelled the service charge is non-refundable but, if tickets for another show are purchased at the time of returning the tickets for the cancelled show, any service charges applicable to the new tickets will be waived.
